Parenting Workshops
Learning to adapt our parenting in ways that help children become the best they can be, through an exploration of neuroscience, attachment and behavioural understanding.
Helping adults help children
I run parenting classes both virtually and in person to parents, foster carers, adopters, special guardians and connected persons. These classes help the adults in children’s lives to understand children better.
They explore the neuroscience behind trauma, attachment, and emotional and behavioural challenges. Importantly they explain how we can adapt our parenting in ways that can help children to heal and become the best version of themselves.
Parenting workshops offer a supportive sanctuary in which to develop skills and understanding that can be directly transferred to the home or child care environment, enabling parents and carers to create positive conditions in which children can flourish.
Schools & Agencies
I have provided training to Independent Fostering Agencies and schools. Please contact me for more information on this.
