What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you voluntarily submit an enquiry through our contact form. You are asked to submit your name, email address and optionally a telephone contact number. This information is communicated via email to us and is stored privately on our computer system.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you in order to reply by email or telephone when you submit an enquiry to us. This information may then be retained if you should request that we provide our services to you as a client, otherwise enquiry messages and the information they contain will be deleted after 6 months.
Essentia Solutions will not share your information with anybody else, client confidentiality is at the core of our business.
We do not engage in marketing using the information you supply to us.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at the address at the top of this page.
You also have the right to request that we delete information held about you ("Right to be Forgotten"). If you would like to request that we delete your information from our systems, please email or write to us at the address at the top of this page.
